Museum Route
The museum is provisionally located in the primary school in Via Marconi. Unfortunately, due to lack of space many precious objects have not been given their right place and value.
The numerous objects present in the exhibition are set out according to the different materials:

Sylvo-pastoral division.
The strong element is constituted by all that pertains to the wood: resources and transformation: from the harvest of the chestnuts, walnuts and hazelnuts, firewood picking, wood works, engraving art of wedding chests, extraction of the heather log for coal production.

Artisan shops sector:
the cooper, the wheelwright master, the joiner-engraver;
- chest tipology: for the conservation of bread, linen, wheat and chestnuts;
- wagon typology: oxen, gigs, handcarts, etc.

The Chests
The different inlaied chests of Aritzo are well-known and appreciated all over Sardinia.
