The Town

The little agro-pastoral town, situated on the slope of Punta Sa Marghine, is surrounded by the pleasant hill of Ghelei and of S'Urcada. It has been nearly entirely reconstructed in the last ten years. In the 1800's the town was renowned for the beauty of its nature: rich mountainous sites of ilexes, oaks and durmasts and rich of spring water. Today its reputation is due to the presence of the nuraghi village of Abini, at a distance of about 15 km, and from the village of S'Urbale, in Cuccuru Urbale, about 2 km away from Teti.
